  2. Interesting list! I am surprised India did not figure as the rea-drinker nation. And Finnish people drinking almost 1L milk everyday is amusing. With the kind of cold climate the country has, I thought they would probably be high on rum or brandy. :)

    1. Thanks Ragini! I am glad you found this post interesting.

Finnish people really seem to enjoy their milk - they have it throughout the day in a wide variety of forms.

      Here is what "helsinkimylove.wordpress.com" says:
Finns love milk and consume a lot of yogurt, “piimä” (kind of sour milk) and “rahka” (kind of quark). Milk is a typical drink for anything: breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, salty, sweet… https://helsinkimylove.wordpress.com/2012/07/07/finland-a-nation-in-love-with-milk/

And India does drink a lot of tea - in terms of absolute numbers we are quite high. But on a per person basis given our large population we slip down the rankings.

      Thanks for your interesting comment.

    1. Thanks for the appreciation! We Indians do drink a lot of tea, but our sheer size makes any per capita ratio rank at the bottom of almost anythings.

Britons. Well what can I say. British tea drinking is like British Queen's English speakers, you'll hardly find any. :)
